The tension on the 5/16" UV protected bungee cords can be adjusted so you can easily dispense material without worrying about the coil unraveling.
To keep you safe from the sharp cut off edge and protect the coil from damage during storage the coil can be rewound so that the dispenser and coil together fit back into the shipping box that the coil came in.
